- the replacement of goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
- the repair of the goods;
- the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of purchasing equivalent goods;
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
(b) in the case of services:
- the supply of the services again; or
- the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

8.2 Credit card, cash and Eftpos and direct deposit payments
are the accepted methods of payment. Credit card, Eftpos
and direct deposit payments are transacted through St
George Bank. You do not require a St George Bank account
to make a payment.
8.3 Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that you are
transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, we
do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage
incurred where your credit card has been used fraudulently
or in an unauthorised manner.
9. General
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
NSW, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
9.2 Each provision of these terms and conditions are severable.
Severance of a provision does not affect any other provision
of these terms and conditions.
